Currently we have our users submit all support request via email. We would like to include any screenshots and/or attachments within an email for all new incidents that are created in servicedesk 7.0 MR1. Does anyone know how to configure this using SD.Email.Monitor or any other workflow? Thanks.
We were running 5 customized copies of the mail feeder in 7.0 and it supported attachments out of the box.
Some how our default Reports portal page has disappeared and I would like to recreate it. Can someone tell me the standard webparts that are inlcuded on the Reports web page? We are running V7.0 MR2
My Reports page disappeared once, I rebooted the server and it came back.
FYI, this Report issue should probably be in a different post.

You are correct. After checking the process logs for "Save References and Contact Info," I found what was wrong. I can now see the attachements. Thanks.
