  • 1.  SDLP 12.0 and IE print monitoring problem

    Hello

    We've updated our SDLP servers from 11.6 to 12.0 version.

    Since then we faced with Internet Explorer 9 and 10 print monitoring problem. No incidents are triggered.

    Print monitoring of Mozilla Firefox internet pages works properly, and incidents are triggered.

    sdlp agents 11.6.3, 12.0, 12.0.1 are used in this test.

     

    When we used  SDLP servers 11.6 and agents 11.6.3?  print monitoring of IE 9, 10 worked properly and incidents were triggered.

    Any suggestions?

    Olegmo,

    There is a hotfix release of the DLP 12.0.1xx agent that is out there. You may want to install that and see what is happening .

    I have attached it to this thread.

    Hope this makes sense.

    Hello Ronak,

    Does this hotfix solve compatibility issues with Firefox version up to 21?

    I'm having a hard time testing agent detection with Firefox version 20 and 21 (According to DLP 12.0.1 release notes, the compatibility with these Firefox version should work, but it doesn't for me)
