Current using BE 2012 on Windows 2008 R2 with SDR. when trying to boot up from SDR boot CD and connect to backup exec server we faced a error message below.

Mapping of backup server drive via the GUI is fine . Has anyone faced this issue before .

What account is required for this login connection ?

When boot up SDR (Simplified Disaster Recovery) CD -> Configure the network IP -> specify the backup exec server -> key in username and password to connect the media server it will prompt error Access is denied.

1) I tried map the media server no issue.

2) Tired connect using production Lan or backup LAN

3) Tired put in hosts file or DNS

4) using difference login ID

Get the error from BE2012 SDR utility tool:

Error 5 returned from RPCConnection->Connect via ncacn_ip_tcp.

Error Message: Access is denied.

Everyone please comment. any suggest solution we can try.
