Hi
how is it easiest to search in all mailbox archives at once without using the Discovery Accelerator or is it possible. I know that you can add permission to the archives manually and then been allowed to search them one at a time

You can use the web search
You can use the web search page to search more than one archvie or even all archives you have permission to view. HOWEVER, this is not a substitute for DA. If you have a requirement to search all archives then you NEED DA.
When I was in support I handled more than a few calls where people tried to use the web search as a "poor mans DA" and they were normally frustrated as they were using the feature in a way it was not intended.
If you are intent on doing so, use EVPM to apply permissions to the archive and then you the advanced search page. ie evserver/enterprisevault/search.asp?advanced
I will stress again to you that to try and search 100, 1000 or more archvie via the web search page is not what it is intended for.

but how du I make it in EVPM so one user can seach in all archive through the advanced search interface???
