Workflow Soluiton

Hello! I only begin work with Workflow.I have such problem. I need to customize the Creation of New Incident. I need to add to this process (except SearchAssetByName) - SearchAssetBySerialNumber. But I can`t do it. I try to use Collections, but I can`t find how I can fill them with datetype Asset. Please, if anybody knows how I can do it, help me.

I am not sure if I understand exactly, but if so, it sounds like you are trying to pull asset data into a collection from Altiris?  If that is the case, we do a lot of that through SQL query integration ibraries.  Let me know if this is what you are looking to do and I would be happy to walk you through getting it set up.  If I am way off base, forgive me.
