    I suspect I have lost the plot here but what wildcards can be used in the Find Task and Find Ticket boxes in SD? I've tried % and * but nothing doing.

    Someone please put me out of my misery :-)

    The Find Task and Find Ticket boxes require that you put the full reference number i..e. IM-00009, they do not accept widcards, what I suggest is that you remove the WebPart from the portal and use the Magnifying Glass option on a report as this searches all text rendered in that report
