Search feature in Service Desk 7

Hello,
I have a SD7 server up and running. We enjoy the global look and feel, but we cannot find a feature that was very useful in Helpdesk 6: the ability to perform quick searches through the whole incidents and retrieve some incidents (eg: incidents that contain SAP567 in their commentaries).
I'm searching a way to do that through reports or KB, but hadn't found yet.
Any comment or help is welcomed.
