  • 1.  Search Incidents Web Part

    Long story short is that I've looked everywhere inside of ServiceDesk to recreate this on a different page.  Would someone please explain to me where and how to do this, please?  It's on the Manage Incidents page inside of ServiceDesk and doesnt really give me any information when I try to edit it.

    The functionality of this web part is not independent.  It ties to a variety of other webparts that are a part of the Manage Incidents page that appears when you click on the tab of the same name. 

     

    Maybe if you explain what you want to do, the group can better help you.  What is your end goal?
