Searching for ESm agents using command line

How can I search agents using command line of ESM or show agent command  if I know  server name partly only .

for example I want to search servers with name starting with serveruk* in domain

Thanks for the reference ,but I'm looking for a command line search not a graphical search

Hi,

Using ESM's command line utility (esmc) in batch mode you can achieve this in the following way. I am giving an example of the script for Solaris SPARC.

bash# /esm/bin/solaris-sparc/esmc -m <ESMMANAGER> -U $ESMUSER -P $ESMPWD show agents | grep <options> <agent-regular-exp>

for example bash# /esm/bin/solaris-sparc/esmc -m <ESMMANAGER> -U $ESMUSER -P $ESMPWD show agents | grep -i "serveruk*"

Thanks actually I haven't thought of using OS command in conjunction with ESM CLI .

basicall I was trying to find any option in ESM CLI itself.

I think this will solve my prob..
