    Please advise me : how can i search for unprotected computers (without clients), within SEPM 12.1 RU2?

    You can configure unmanaged detector and configure the notification for the same...

    Find Unmanaged Computers features have been integrated in Client Deployment Wizard in SEP 12.1

    You can find unprotect system use Unmanaged Detector
