Security alert notifications come with empty report

I get many dozens each and every day - email from SEM, "Security Alert Notification"
The email says one thing, the attachment, however, has NOTHING.
It's been this way through ALL upgrades, from our original install over a year ago, through a move to different servers, and different versions. Still the same issue - email says there were xxx security events, such as 5 security events, 59 in 1 minutes, include firewall, traffic.
When I open the attachment, I get this - there's nothing there!
(this is another reason I'd like to see them move AWAY from attachments and simply put the info in the email body, I'm sick of opening all these attachments to get details - and then find the details do not exist! If the info was in the email BODY, I could SORT into folders with Outlook.)

Now this is interesting - it

Now this is interesting - it won't let me edit or update the original, so I'll put the info here...
This is the EMAIL body:

Message from:

      Server name: VRDSMSEP1

      Server IP: 165.206.190.54

Found more than 5 security events. Actual number of security events found was 59 in 1 minutes.

Security events included:

Firewall,

Traffic.

See attached report for more details.

THIS is the email attachment - not that "there's nothing to report" - and I get many dozens of these! IT's filling my email

I too am receiving a large

I too am receiving a large volume of blank security alert notifications. Mine however started after RU5. I have very seldom received blank ones in the past, they were rare. Now there are hundreds daily. Also, since upgrading to RU5, Application Event Log is filling up with PerfLib Errors Event ID 1000.
