Security on Purchase Order
I have added a domain user to the Asset Managment role. When the user creates a new purchase order, some of the fields are "grayed" out and can not be selected. If I take the same user and add them to the Symantec Administrators role, the same fields are no longer "grayed" out. Is there a role or group of settings that will give a user the ability to create purchase orders without having to give them admin rights? I am using Asset 7.1 SP1 MP1.
