Security Role not fully replicating

I have an AD import on my parent server which imports on a schedule.
Everything imported fine originally, then a user was added to the group. That user imported and on the parent server it shows up in the group, however on the child NS servers the user is not replicated to the lower level servers, just the original ones it imported. any thoughts on what I should be checking or should I open a support case?

Are you running 7.1 SP2 MP1? Some security issues were fixed in MP1.

I went ahead and just opened a case with Symantec for this one, since it doesn't seem like something I'm just missing a setting or something
Have you tried adding a new replication rule to replicate the AD imported users ?

The users did replicate by default originally, but now they are not, so not sure if this article is still valid. Symantec is currently working on my case, so ill see what they say. I appear to be having other replication issues with software portal things as well
