Hi, I want to setup a role for our helpdesk to do the following.

Use PCA to connect to users machines
Be able to deploy Quick delivery Software packages
View reports

I have managed to get the PCA bit sorted. Any idea what priveleges I would do for the rest ?

support instructed me to start with a role that has the privs u need and more and clone it, then uncheck the "and more" roles you don't want them to have.  worked for me.
