One of my co-workers uses AOL for her emails. When she receives an email with a "pdf" attachment, she double-clicks on it and it asks if she wants to open it or download it. She selects "open", and security scan starts to run, but it "hangs" and never stops running. She has to to close the scan window to get it to stop. Is there a setting that is preventing the "pdf" attachments from being opened or scanned prior to be opened?
