  • 1.  Security Status - Attention Needed

    Hi,

    I've just upgraded to MR4.  Each time i log into the SEP Manager, the Security Status is red and tells us attention is needed.   When i click on More Details, there is a warning that the AV defs are out of date on 31 machines.  All the machines mentioned are no longer on our network and are no longer members of any of the client groups i have set up.

    How can i remove these machines so the status can go to green?

    Hi,

    Click on Admin>Server>Local Site(******)

    Right Click and edit properties.

    Under General selet 
    "Delete the clients that have not communicatted for " and the change the no of days to 1 day and check it tomorrow.

    It should fix the problem.

    How long have the machines been disconnected? Use that value instead of the 1 day that Sumit suggested just to avoid any minor inconveniences.
