"Security status " not turning Green

Hi all

i m facing this problem that when i login to SEPM the Secuirty status screen is indecating red. when i click for detail it gives that Scan failure , antivirus update failure and Intrusion Prevention Signature Update Failures are giving 100% failure ratio. how ever when i checked on each clients everythng is fine there. 

clients are updating and scaning is done on regular interval.

i followed mayny posts but no success . i changed the days in log setting from 30 to 7 days but still no success.. guys can anyone tell how to get  the security status to green?

the date format is already define to MMDDYY in SEPM
