Helloo, when i upgraded the symantec, this msg will apper, when i press no it will hang and when i press yes the program will not run any more until i repair , what can i do, please help.

now i press no, it close, and when i run the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager icon it run and close very fast but when i run the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Remote Console, its working again but cant run the local icon Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager.

have you upgraded java manually?

 

Pete no i didnt i was upgraded when i upgraded the Symantec before as you know, i try to upgrade late manually but it said that i have the latest one already

The latest java is version 7 update 45

Verify you're on that version and if not be sure to upgrade

the one i have is Version 7 Update 45 (build 1.7.0_45-b18)

Try setting your Security Level to Medium from within the Java Control panel
