Security Warning - Unknown Publisher

I have a 2008 box running the DS 6.9 sp2. Each time workstations opens the deployment console they get a prompt saying that they have a security warning and it is a unknown Publisher prompt.
Is there anyway to get rid of this warning and to make the publisher known?

Trusted zones
Can you add the server to the trusted zones of the workstations?

Trusted sites
I added the IP to that list (trusted sites) but it still gives me the prompt.
I don't run the web part of DS the I only run the console.
I think the trusted site is actually looking for a website not a shortcut to the Deployment Console.
Intranet site

I got it to work.
What I did is go to the intranet site advance and listed the IP file://x.x.x.x
