    Hi all,

We are seeing some interesting behavior with Nvme drives. I will list out couple situations here on what we are facing with nvme drives.

1.) Dell Precision M5510 in AHCI mode, windows 10, SEE 11.1.1 fails after encryption (samsung nvme drive). After a reboot, the screen would just go black after user enters their credentials at the symantec prompt.

2.) Dell Precision M5510 RAID ON mode, Windows 10 SEE11.1.1 works after encryption (samsung nvme drive). This one works perfectly fine without any issues.

3.) Dell Precision M5510 RAID ON mode, Windows 10 SEE11.1.1 doesn't encrypt Toshiba nvme drives (yes dell changed their parts recently). The moment it starts encryption, I get a message that drive has been decrypted successfully.

4.)AHCI on the toshiba doesn't even work.

Anybody seen these symptoms with nvme drives? Please share solution if you have found one. So far #2 worked great if we have any other nvme drive other than toshiba.

    Thanks,

    Regards,
