Has anyone else seen this? The laptop works fine with 7.0.3 outside of the docking station, or if I plug it in after the SEE logon prompt comes up. But if it's in the dock at power on it gets to the "preparing pre-windows environment ..." and then dumps to a black screen kernel panic.
