Endpoint Encryption

I am having trouble getting a client machine running Endpoint Encryption 8.2.1 MP5 to check in with the server.

The EAFrmCliComm log :  Submit Report failed with error -webService Rejected the connection - returned False

I have other client machines running 8.2.1 MP2 that are checking in on schedule.

I cleared the transaction logs.

I'm not sure what to do now.

You appear to have just two post attempts from the client there, while the second is fine the first is reporting a 401.2 http error.

This generally suggests some sort of authentication failure as per the below MS article:

I don't suppose there have been any changes in the client communications section of the Framework Client have there (assuming no chnages have been made on the Management Server side as other clients are still connecting)?

I noticed that there were 2 registered Administrator accounts.  I deleted both of them and now the client machine is checking in.
