  • 1.  SEE clients doesn't appear in SEEM Console.

    Hello, I've upgraded SEE Manager from 7.0.8 to 8.2 then upgraded clients. Unfortunetely clients doesn't appear in SEEM Console.
    I found in IIS logs that clients connect to SEEM server. Windows security logs show that an iis account was successfully logged on.
    Is there any solution of this problem without reinstall client software (which is connected with re-encrypting disk)?

    Specifically, did you see any errors when this was upgrading the database?

    The scenario you have decribed is what you would see if the clients were attempting to connect to a SEE Management Server whose keys (stored within the database) have changed.

    To resolve this (if this is indeed the issue) you will need to install and run the OTP key changer on the server, adn run the resultant msi on your clients.

    Do you have a backup copy of your SEEMSDb?  The important bit is the DeploymentKeys table...

    I'll try with OTP key changer.
