Does this happen with all your SEE clients, or a specific one?  Also, could you advise what troublshooting steps (see below) you've covered so far please?  These normally include:

    • Name resolution (client can resolve server name correctly)
    • Ports (client can connect to server on required port, and that the server is listening to the port correctly)
    • IIS Logging on the server

Also, have you had any problems with the server itself, or had to recreate the database at any point?

The problem is just on some clients. I open the port used by SEE on firewall

Where I can found the clients logs for SEE?

...they are located in the bleow folder location and called 'EAFrmCliComm.log'

    C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Encryption Clients\TechLogs

To successfully investigate though, I'd still recommend enabling IIS logging so that you can see if the check-in attempt is generating corresponding logs on the server.

Also, please provide some version info.

You should also check that the domain user you add to SEE installer is not block on the DC, and that it can log to the see url.

You can get this information when you create the SEE installers and try to recreate the login scenario manually.

....I'd recommend enabling IIS logging to get a full picture of what is happening here.

From the sounds of it, the account used by the SEE client for checking into the SEE Management Server may be locked out, or had it's apssword changed, or disabled, etc.  So it's worth checking, but you need to check the corresponding logs in IIS to get a better picture of it all.

... a Windows Server setting, which I'd encourgae you to research yourself as it's different for different versions of Windows (i.e Win2k3 it's just a few checkboxes, but in Win2k8 you have to install an additional feature into the IIS Role).
