For several month SEE management server was without any activity. But when I tried today to launch SEE, it asked to put database credentials.

I remember that when from my last connection to server it wasn't any prompt to do this. Even sometimes when Im just clicking between SEE snap-ins and do nothing, also can get this prompt. During closing SEE console it asked me Save console settins but this didnt help. Also tried to re-save credentials in GEMSConfigManager - the same result.

And now whenever I try to open SEE console I'm getting pop-up to enter credentials.  Any thoughts?

As per the screenshots you provided, this is apparently having problems authenticating to the SEEMSDb.

I'd suggest you or your SQL admin review the SQL logs around the time corresponding to your logon attempt.  These should be able to provide you with further details on what the error is.  As you appear to be using windows authentication, the logs you're looking for will be for the account you're logged in as when you open the console (usually your own, but some people like to use a dedicated account).
