After working with support I now have this resolved. I had tried what Arun above suggested but didn't seem to work. Followed the steps below from tech and it worked. I should mention that my first try to repair was remotely, the second time I did it manually from the pc.
"Below is a process I would like you to follow. This should resolve the issue.
1. Launch Task Manager (ctrl-alt-del > Task Manager).
2. Kill the eafrclistart.exe process. This should not have an adverse
effect on the encrypted file system.
3. The system should now shut down.
4. Boot the machine up again.
5. Run “msiexec /fvamus <see_package> /L*vx repairsee.log” where
<see_package> is the framework, fulldisk and removable storage installers
as appropriate.
6. Run the above command for all installed SEE packages.
If the issue occurs again, you will need to do the following:
1. Backup important data.
2. Decrypt the system.
3. Uninstall SEE components.
4. Run “chkdsk /F /R”
5. Reinstall SEE.
