    Hi can  I see the incidents requested by a user for all members of the group to which it belongs???

    I would like to configure the Home tab  to all members of the group "Support I"  to view the submited request of the "user x" who is a member of this group (support I).

    it´s possible?

    or... Could I create a New Incident with multiples "primary users"???

    It should be possible to create a report that will show you all the opened incidents for members of a specific group. Once you've done that you can display it in a report web part on the Home page.
