    Got a client who is having issues with PGP Desktop Email when they have SEE installed.

    They use SEE for FDE, and when the computer crashes or shutsdown non-gracefully, the prefs.xml gets corrupted and loses its license key.  This then reverts PGP Desktop to a state where it won't encrypt any outgoing email, but it doesnt tell the user this, it just looks normal, no errors.

    Anyone seen this before?

    no that is very strange! especially consider that the same QA engineers and developers are now working on both products (often simulataneously) today. What version of pGP and what version of SEE are they running?
