SEE - Registration Fails and Can't access via Client Admin?

    Hi,

    SEE FD 11.05

     

    Got one SEE client when click register now get message:

     

    "Register General User Failed.  Please Contact Your Administrator"

     

    If I try and open admin clinet I get following message.

    "Authenication Failed Lockout Failed.  Please Contact Your Administrator"

     

    What do I need to check?

    Many times installation issues cause this problem.

    Try this command to reinstall the packages.

    msiexec /i "{path}Framework.msi" reinstall="ALL" reinstallmode="VOMUS" 

    msiexec /i "{path}Harddisk.msi" reinstall="ALL" reinstallmode="VOMUS" 

    If it still persists ,

    Check the logs under Tech logs at client machine. C:\Program Files\Symantec\till client folder.
