Endpoint Encryption

When I plug the blackberry into my machine, it first copies the self extraction tools, as it is set in my policy.
It then tries to encrypt the settings file for Blackberry Desktop Manager.
This then crashes.

How can I tell Symantec Encryption not to apply this to blackberrys ?
Has anyone else had similar issues ?

I dont think you can ignore blackberries, but it only affects them if you use them as a mass storage device.

this is correct. the Endpoint Encryption Removable Storage does not discriminate between different "Mass Storage Devices".
