Endpoint Encryption

Dear Symantec Support Center,

I have a huge zip archive (25GB) that has been encrypted with SEE on my previous work notebook. I moved the zip archive to an external 512 GB HDD, formatted as NTFS, on which I also have the SEE removable storage access utility (version 8.2.1.0). I used to be able to decrypt the archive on personal (non-work) notebooks, but now I see the archive having an .xml extension, and I do not see the archive icon with the gold lock on top anymore (I used to see this on another personal notebook I had). If I launch the SEE removable storage access utility.exe from the external HDD, It shows me the content of the entire drive but I cannot see the encrypted archive anymore, even if I try to manually add the archive with "zip.xml" extensions. The utility only shows files on the HDD which are not encrypted.

Can anybody please advise how to decrypt the folder again?

This has also happened to me.  I am using Windows 10.  Encrypted files show up in regular File Manager (XML files), but no xml files show up in the removable storage access utility - so I cannot decrypt anything.  Only non encrypted files show up.

I have exactly the same problem but there don't appear to be a lot of answers from the community. Can anybody shed some light on this?
