  • 1.  SEE Symantec Endpoint Encryption Database Schema?

    Hi everyone,

I've tried searching High and low on this (sometimes awkward to find things!) site, for a copy of the schema for the back end database that SEE uses.

The issue I have is that because we once used the ADAM interface for populating SEE, I have some left over redundant client records in the SEE database that I can't delete because they don't belong to any active group in SEE.  I know the clients are there because they are pulled back in reporting.  At the moment I am trying to eliminate duplicate records from the SEE database and can get rid of any duplicates in the active groups, but not these old ADAM records.

If I could delete from the report search screen where I can see them my life would be so easy, however for some annoying reason we can only delete from the groups by manually finding each client rather than being able to search for them.

So, anyone know of the SEE db schema? or where it is hosted on this site?  If I give this to the DB team they say they should be able to remove the records.

    Thanks

    Adam

I think you'd be best contacting support for this information, or more likely a way of fixing it with less risk (I think there are some sync tables that can be fixed)
