I have one server in that i had the issue of Backup.

When i am taking the backup of configuration backup in SEEDC 8.0.0 in that we are getting this below error.

Unknown error: An error occurred while parsing EntityName.Line 1, position 23

OS:- Windows 2003Sp2 Enterprise edition

Ram:- 16gb

HDD:- 220

Hi Tamboli,

Try this below steps to resolve the issue,

1. Open the SEEDC Console

2. Click on Tools then Administrator

3. Select Clients and check for special characters like "&" symbol in the client installation folder path.

4. If any special character appear then rename it to normal word

5. And now try to take the backup of "configuration backup".
