    Hi,

We are currently using the latest version of SEEDC 8.2.2.  We have had this logs issue since version 8.2.0, where:

On the server/management console "Clients" log, machines'

    • EP Updated
    • CP Updated
    • Received Logs

no longer update, hence no logs is collected.  Policy/Effective Policy is also no longer updating.

    A couple points:

    • Last Handshake time is up-to-date.
    • On the actual client end, via the agent, it shows the updated/correct Policy and Last Update Time.
    • Logs are creating and updated in the Program Files folder.
    • We have tried to uninstall and reinstall the agent on the client machines, still the same result.
    • On the server/management console, we have tried to Right click the client and collect the latest info, nothing happened.

So, for example, we installed the client/agent on 3 machines on 3/26/2012.  Everything works and appears correctly on the server/management console.  But when I looked again today, it seems like they all stopped EP updated, CP update and receiving logs – on the same date – 3/26/2012, at a later time.  However last handshake is up-to-date, and again, on the client side, it’s getting the latest policy and revisions.

We also have machines, that just get stuck at the "Initial" state for computer policy and effective policy, Last Log time was the agent installation date/time - on the server/management console.  But again, Last handshake time is up-to-date.  And on the client end, it's getting the correct policy and revision, as well as last update date and time.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks!
