The recovery model in use should not affect the Symantec Endpoint Encryption Management Server operation. It would only affect recovery of the database in the event of a failure. If there is a database failure for any reason, your most recent transactions may not be recovered. This might be a concern if you have a relatively short lock-out period for clients, but I would venture to guess that the time between failure and recovery of the database would generally not extend for an entire lockout period, if one is in use.
