Symantec Management Platform (Notification Server)

I thought there was a laptop collection in Altiris once upon a time but can no longer find it. I do have a mobile colection but it is empty. We have hundreds of laptops that appear in the All Computers and Windows Workstation collections so mobile must not be the one I am looking for.

How do I build a custom collection that includes all Windows computers EXCEPT desktop and server systems?

The All Windows Mobile collection is determined by the % of WAN vs. LAN connection, not the type of hardware.

You would want to create the query\filter set based on the Aex_Inv_HW_Serial_Number table, using system type of either laptop, mobile, or portable.
