  • 1.  Select machine and add to filter.

    7.5 SP1 HF3 - when  right click machine and add to filter I dont see any of my custom filters.! Is this be design?

    Hi!

    Any useful log output appear in Altiris Log Viewer, when you're opening this window to see your custom filters?

    Your account is from Symantec Adminstrators role?

    No errors or anything useful I can see. Yep, teh account has full permissions.

    I just did a test and moved 1 filter from my own folder to 'Computers  Filter' and can now see it. So it seems that you can only right click and add to the default folders and not ones you have created. 

     

    p.s. You also cant see your onw filters on the Right hand side panel under filters :

    Hi BugTastic,

    Using right-click on the empty area somewhere on the Filters pane, select "Show/Hide Filters" and then check the needed filters.
