Hi,

Test for couple days and found selected PC keep definition on 7 Dec 2014 r20.

Since 5 days definition will be kept, I assumed it will update 10 Dec 2014 definition.

I need manually update those PC to selected definition ?

It will stay unless you manually switch to another revision or edit the policy back to "Use latest available"

This is what this policy controls.

Since I want control selective PCs to use outdated definiiton (3 days before).

Then I should manually switch to another revision for every 3 days ?

Any automatically method ?

Just put them in their own group and control the defs this way. This will need to be done manually though. There is no automatic method.

Is this the only method to control definition version ?

You can also use LiveUpdate Administrator but that requires separate hardware.

I dont understand the idea behind it. However, to make the pc stand with a specific def, u will have to put them in a group and did the same step u put in screenshot.

Since some PC is running production program, which is built by internal programmer. Sometime program will be detected as virus / risk and blocked by SEP. Thus we have to isolate those PC to prevent this situation.

How to do it ?

I will propose to my boss to consider.
