    Hello,

I'm making a new Symantec server 2008. I would like to know if there is a way to move the Policies, Clients and Licenses over from our old server. Is it just a back?

You can setup the servers as replication partners. Once they replicate, all policies, clients, etc will shared between the two. You can than adjust your Management Server List to make the new server the first Priority and the old server the second priority. Once everything gets moved over, you can remove the old server.
