Hi All,
Need your help on email template,
How I sent update or email to other person.
Went I try to used email template, there is no listing there.
Pls help.

Hi,
You'll have to either activate a default template or create your own. The way you do that is under the Admin>Email Templates option in the Helpdesk Console.

I already active the template but still failed.
type of email template
Make sure the Type for your email template is Email Action, not Email Notification.
