    Hello

    Is possible send an email when the user add a coment as this picture.

    where I can modify that configuration?

    You'll want to go into your process automation settings for Incident Management and add a ruleset. Make sure you choose "Data Event" for the process type and you can then select "CommentAdded". Then just set a new rule to send whatever email you need.Screen Shot 2014-05-05 at 11.48.53 AM.png
