Sending an Automated Email Whenever an Incident is Edited (WORKFLOW)

I was wondering if this is even possible. Does anyone know how, withinin a workflow project, I can set it up so each time an incident is edited it sends an email to the contacts? This just needs to happen for the incidents created with this workflow.

Got it.
Ok, so we can just use a notification rule from the helpdesk to send an email to a contact when a ticket is edited.
