    Hello,

    We have install SEP 11 both server and client, everything is works normaly as it does, laterly the server are going to crash (let say its being damage for natural disaster), in this condition, whats should i do for the SEP 11 console thats instaled on the server thats crash? should i reinstall the SEP11 or any other solution for this? Thanks

    Hello ,

    Yes ,you can reinstall the SEPM on same server or another server and direct all the client to new SEPM.

    follow the DR steps, you should take the backup of DB and certificates regularly.

    Hi,

    If you have all the backup as per DR article then you can restore entire communication 

    If you don't have backup and all...then you will have to restore client communication with the help of Sylink replacer tool.
