SEP 11 Causing Windows 2000 Clients to Freeze when printing

This issue has been solved. See solution.
Hi Everyone,
I work for a small bank consisting of 18 branches and 1 Administrative office. We successfully installed SEP 11 and the administrative consol and deployed the anti virus software to all of our clients. We had to remove the client from all of our Windows 2000 Workstations because when attempting to print documents to our Craden DP9 printers connected via serial port, the workstations would freeze and you have to hard reset them. Has anyone else had a problem similar to this and what was the fix? All over our Windows XP machines can function correctly, but all of our Windows 2000 workstations now do not have any anti virus.
Thanks,
Ryan
