You can only import/export policies.

What do you mean by rule? As in firewall rule? If so, than no you cannot import a single rule

I've created a ruleset on a managed client trough the rule learning option.
And now I would export this ruleset to a file.
Is it possible to import this file now in the SEPM?

I think it's a missunderstanding.

I don't want to export/import from SEPM to SEPM.

I want to export a ruleset from Client (learned rules) and want to import it to the SEPM.

It's a simple procedure and in other products integrated by default.

It could be so easy......

Do you mean here the application learning and a rule that you created on the client for it? Basically if teh app learning is enabled - clients should automatically forward the information about found applications  to SEPM: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH102994
