Whether a client is managed or unmanaged is handled by the inclusion of a specific sylink.xml file to point it to a specific management server to retrieve policies (and thus retrieve policies to point it to where to pull content from). So there is no need to include a switch to make it unmanaged - simply distribute the MSI that is included in the SEP directory on CD1.
