SEP 11 "Installation Interrupted"

This issue has been solved. See solution.

I am attempting to install Endpoint version 11 on my home computer (licensed for civilian home use by the Department of Defense). I have attempted several of the fixes posted in other forums. Any help that you can provide would be much appreciated!

My guess is that AravindKM's answer is your solution, but just to save some time if that is not the case please let us know what you have tried thus far so we don't see a lot of irrelevant suggestions.
