SEP 11 installation rollback on vista 64bits

 Hi All,

Need help! Rollback occurs whenever the installation reaching the end. 

What i did - Use Cleanwipe
                    -  Delete all Symantec folders inside All user / program files
                    - Uninstall Liveupdate

My system: HP Z800 workstation
                     Window Vista 64-bit Operating System Service Pack 1

Attached is my SEP_INST log

Hi Ryansiah

 This sep install log are not giving much information. You can make sure that you are installing the 64 bit package & not 32 bit. You can right client the setup.exe & run it as administrator. This dose make difference.

Your Log Shows

 ""MSIASSERT - DefInstallCA: Failed to load ccInst64.dll. symRes=0x80010300:""

1.Make sure you are using a 64 bit package.
2.Again Export a new Package try installing that.
3.Make sure you have permission on C:\ProgramData

Thanks for the reply. I am installing 64 bits package and able to install this package on the other Z800 workstation with the same specification.

At the end of the log, there is a "returning 1603" sentence. Is it a 1603 error? From this link "http://service1.symantec.com/support/ent-security.nsf/854fa02b4f5013678825731a007d06af/7f4e8b02283eab4d8025740f002bfe81?OpenDocument" , it say Windows
Script Environment is corrupted and need to reinstall. Do i need to reinstall the windows script environment for vista?

Check the Event Log if it is started in Services.msc

1. Check if Event Log is Started and set as automatic  in services.msc. If this service is stopped, then,
2. Download eventlog.dll file and copy it in C:\WINDOWS\system32
3. Start the Event Log and install SEP11

Install Symantec_Endpoint_Protectio on vist buss and the cleint

Install Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_11.0.4000_MR4  on Vist buss and the client app is rolling back after try to install and I did the update live installation first .
Help?
