  • 1.  SEP 11 Logs

    The logs settings is set to 14 days.   But logs are only appearing for the last two days and not the past 14 days.

    Is there something else that needs to be done so the logs appear for the 14 days as set?

    what is the log your are trying to get?

    I click View Logs on the menu
    then Network Threat Protection - View logs

    While pulling of the logs , what is the duration are you selecting?
