Hi Sam, I think its MR4 MP2 not MP4. And I believe only the release notes has been released.

We are Platinum Customer for symantec and infact we have receieved and email which mention that the download are available for Platinum customers.

I see, it looks like only the Symantec Support can answer you. I have tried loggin in on our Platinum account,  I have to request for the login details from our Security Officer. Please keep us updated. and also if you can update the MR4 MP2 thread that would be great also.

Why don't you try Fileconnect.symantec.com

Same issue here when trying to download CD1 from Platinum website.  CD2 downlaods just fine!

The dumps will be available after 2-3 days on fileconnect server.

I was able to pull them down.  I am out of the office today though so I will hopefully start testing tomorrow.

I am just looking for a client only download patch for MR4 MP2, however i do not see it on the website yet.

Is there another way of getting the patch?

I want to test the patch on a few test machines first that are giving 'Waiting for Updates' issue for Proactive Threat Protection, after upgrading them to MR4 MP1a.

Someone else posted this link on the forum here. I have no which file it is... should be one of the May 18 dates.

P.S. You can get rid of "waiting for updates" by running "luall.exe" on the client with administrator permissions.

On the FTP there are 4 client only patch to MR2MP2.  There's both an X86 and X64 for MR2-MR2MP2 and MR2MP1-MR2MP2.  Grab the ones that are appropriate to your situation if you wish to go this route.  You won't be able to upgrade SEPM until you get access to the full media though.

Still nothing for the multi-tier customers who purchase HUGE packages of multiple products. Seems we're the very last to get updates............... even though we're government.
Why should patches and fixes and BUG patches be given to us last? We often wait a week or more after everyone else has them.
Not asking for free 24/7 on-call pager type support, just for the same product and patch release times as anyone else.
My guess - we won't see a thing until next week.
I'd not even KNOW it was going to be released but for messages posted here.
We don't even get a newsletter or email or anything.
If it wasn't for this forum, I might go 6 months and not know of such releases.

Same as above, its very frustrating to know an update has been realsed but only for a few - bugs\problems effect all of us not just the "platinum" customers!
I also have to check this forum every few day's to find out about MR4 MP2 and other updates.
